Overview

I’m afraid every household makes this dish. I thought of making this dish because I watched the documentary series "Couples" a few days ago. A young couple from Beijing who once traveled on a self-driving boat to the North and South Poles made this dish for a family in a white slum in Brazil. The white poor people around them lined up to beg for a spoonful of it. It's just that they didn't put potatoes or carrots in the food, and the tomatoes weighed 3 to 5 kilograms.

  7. Cut the tomatoes into pieces, blanch them in boiling water and peel them, then cut them into thin pieces

  8. Cut the onions and ginger, and prepare the seasonings. The seasoning bag I used is the same one I used to make the pork skin the first day. It has enough ingredients and flavor, and can be used again

  9. If you want the potatoes to be stewed and look stylish, you can fry them. I just fried them in oil, but the effect didn’t seem obvious

  11. Pour the broth and beef in the pressure cooker, add all seasonings except salt and carrots. The height of the soup should be equal to or higher than the vegetables
