Vegetarian miso soup (detailed steps)

Today I’m making a vegetarian miso soup, which mainly relies on mushrooms to enhance the flavor. There is nothing special about miso soup. You can put whatever you like to eat. Put them in the pot according to the ripening time.

  13. Then add the carrots and simmer for about 5 minutes and then add the enoki mushrooms. (Enoki mushrooms need to be cooked. I saw someone posting a recipe before saying that they can be eaten after boiling them. This is completely incorrect. If the enoki mushrooms are not fully cooked, they are toxic)

  14. You can add seasonal vegetables when adding enoki mushrooms. Lettuce that is easy to cook can be added just before taking it out of the pot. Lettuce that needs to be cooked for a long time can be added to the pot like enoki mushrooms.

  15. When done, take it out and put it on a plate
