Add 130g water little by little to the glutinous rice flour and knead it into a dough.

Reunion into a small Yuanzi.

Boil water in a pot, add Xiao Yuanzi into the boiling water. Cook until it floats.

Remove and soak in cold water for 10 minutes.

Spread the eggs into a cake and cut into small strips.

Add brown sugar and white sugar to 80g water.

Simmer over low heat until thickened into syrup.

Pour in Xiao Yuanzi. Flip to coat the small balls with syrup.

Pour out the yuanzi and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Serve with egg strips.
