Overview
This is the best braised product I have ever made. It is simple and easy. You can chop it into pieces and add broth and steamed buns. The taste is quite good. The important thing is that the process is simple and anyone can make it.

Materials are ready;

Blanch the tofu skin and tie into knots, set aside;

Blanch the meat in a pot under cold water to remove any blood foam;

Add water to the pot and put all the seasonings into the water and bring to a boil;

Add oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine and salt, simmer for 15 minutes to bring out the aroma of the seasoning;

Add the blanched meat and simmer for 2 hours;

Add the tofu knots and stew until the meat becomes tender;

The braised meat should be soaked in the soup to prevent the meat from drying out and affecting the taste.
