Roast the tomatoes on the fire

Peeling roasted tomatoes is especially easy. I personally think it is easier than blanching them

Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces, chop the green onions

Put a little oil in the pot and sauté the chopped green onions

Fry until soft and make red soup

Add two bowls of water

After it boils, add the seaweed and cook for about a minute

Pour in the egg liquid and stir while pouring. The egg liquid will be more uniform and become thin strands instead of large pieces

Add salt, boil again and add a few drops of sesame oil

Sprinkle chopped coriander and turn off the heat
