Shrimp and tofu balls
Overview
Nami has a cold, a cough with phlegm, a blocked nose, and feels uncomfortable just looking at it. I didn’t go to kindergarten, so I’ll raise him at home. The medicine has also been taken, and the food should be adjusted as much as possible to help the child recover faster. Go to the vegetable market to buy mushrooms and prepare a pot of soup with them, which has a better effect of reducing phlegm. It's strange to say that when I'm not buying, the whole market is full of mushrooms. But if I want to buy today, there's only one mushroom shop from south to north. Mima bought a pound when she came back. I started working on it when I got home, but the mushrooms looked like they had been chewed by something. I originally just thought of throwing a few of them away, but the more I picked them, the more I started to pick them. The originally planned shrimp and mushroom soup had to be changed into shrimp and tofu balls. It was also my first time to make meatballs with such ingredients. I didn’t expect the finished product to be so good and the soup to be particularly delicious.

-
Some material pictures.
-
Defrost the shrimps, remove the sand lines, place them on the chopping board and hammer them.
-
Hammer the shrimps with the help of a knife.
-
Remove the hard skin from a piece of tofu, crush it and mix it into the shrimp paste.
-
Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, pepper and starch, and stir vigorously in one direction with chopsticks.
-
Add sesame oil in portions and mix evenly.
-
Bring water to a boil in a casserole and add fresh ginger slices. There was tofu in my pot. It was originally meant to be used for mushroom soup, but it didn't come out like this, so it can be ignored.
-
After the water boils, turn off the heat and use your hands to squeeze the shrimp filling into balls.
-
After all the filling is done, cook over high heat until the meatballs float.
-
The cooked meatballs look juicy and tender, which is very enjoyable.
-
Add washed green vegetables to the meatball soup.
-
Add wolfberry, cook briefly and then pour sesame oil.
