Scorpio's black-bellied mustard taro paste
Overview
This is not an ordinary bowl of taro puree. Because mustard was added, I originally wanted to make a dark dish. The taste turned out to be pretty good. Maybe the mustard was added too little, so if you want to make it more delicious, add more mustard. If you add less, it still tastes great~ Taro has very little starch content, but it is rich in nutrients and can be used as a meal replacement.
