Steps
-
Take out the beef from the freezer of the refrigerator
-
Soak the beef in water for a day to defrost and remove the blood. (Nowadays, it seems that many people like to eat the original flavor and also eat something with blood. Is it okay to eat like that? I don’t understand)
-
The blood has been removed from the thawed beef, and the pattern of the beef can be clearly seen. This kind of beef is called beef ribs (the price in New York market is $7.99/lb.) I usually use this kind of rib meat to make steaks.
-
Add an appropriate amount of salt, black pepper, sugar, and oyster sauce to the beef with blood removed. While grabbing, pierce the beef with a knife to fully absorb the flavor from all parts. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator overnight.
-
Get up the next morning and add sesame oil, soy sauce, shredded ginger and green onion to the rice cooker
-
Then add the marinated beef and shredded onions and ginger
-
Set the time you require and turn on the power. If you can't control the amount of soup, just set the cooking button. When the soup is almost dry, it will automatically turn off the keep warm position.
-
When you get home, take out the beef, pour the sauce from the pot over the beef and eat
