Overview

Recently I have been stocking up on a lot of Jin Arowana’s dried noodles, which come in small packages. One bag is enough for two people.

Steps

  1. Prepare all the ingredients. If you don’t have edamame, you can use green beans or dried beans.

  2. Dice carrots, onions and mince pork into puree.

  3. Cook the golden arowana, egg, wheat core and noodles in boiling water for about 7-8 minutes.

  9. .Add water and stir-fry until the water boils. Add seasonings and edamame and stir-fry until the soup is slightly dry and thick.

  10. Drain the noodles to drain them, put them into a bowl, put the fried sauce on the noodles, and sprinkle green onion on the surface to decorate.
