Wash and drain two bags of sauerkraut.

The braised pork I made yesterday was a bit solid in the refrigerator.

Control the water content of the sauerkraut and set aside.

All ingredients are reserved.

Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and red pepper until fragrant, add sauerkraut.

Stir-fry for a while, add an appropriate amount of water, add the braised pork, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and five-spice powder to taste.
