Super meal----salted fish and eggplant stew (no fried version)
Overview
I have always been biased against salted fish and eggplant. This is because when I was a child, my neighbor made eggplant stewed with salted fish. I couldn't imagine the taste, and in my mind it was defined as an unpalatable dish. Because my neighbor's cooking skills are much worse than my mother's, and her life is extremely unsophisticated and even sloppy, I don't think her food is delicious. In my heart, my mother is the best cook. After I really came into contact with food, I found that salted fish and eggplant are really a dish, and it is a very famous dish. Due to my prejudice, I have never wanted to try it. But this dish often appears in front of me. Every time I see it, the temptation to try it and the hard-to-let-down prejudice fight for a long time. In fact, if you think about it, there is nothing to worry about. If you don’t try, it will always taste like nothingness. Prejudice is just a manifestation of childhood ignorance. So, just do what you say. This style is what you should have at such an age.
