  1. I’ve been drinking fast food since I was a kid, but I haven’t had enough of it over the years.

  2. After the oil is hot, add onion, ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant, and add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, which tastes very fresh. If you don't like onions, ginger, and garlic and just want to taste them, then cut the onions into larger pieces, cut a piece of ginger into several wide strips, and slice the garlic into slices. This way you can pick them out later when you eat them, haha! Cut the tomatoes (note that they are small pieces of tomatoes), stir-fry to make the soup, and fry the tomatoes until they are mashed. Just add water to cover the tomatoes. Don't add too much water or the soup will not be thick. After the water boils, cook for a while until the tomatoes are so rotten that their mother no longer recognizes them. Then add salt and taste to see if they are salty. Put 2 or 3 tablespoons of starch in a bowl to thicken the soup, then pour it into the pot and stir constantly.

  3. When the soup is thickened, pour the egg liquid in a circular motion without moving. When the egg floats into one piece, use the shovel to slowly push it from front to back. You can also push it from left to right! Remove from the pot and add minced coriander. You can also drizzle with sesame oil.
