Soak glutinous rice in advance

Mix the minced pork and glutinous rice evenly

Add shredded carrots and chopped green onions

Add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, chicken powder and sesame oil and mix well

Soak the tofu skin in warm water until soft

Smooth out the bean curd

Spread the filling evenly on top of the tofu skin
