Winter vegetables and meat wontons
Overview
Wonton is called flat food in our Shanwei area, and the dough is different from the usual ones. It is made with eggs or duck eggs. The dough is thin and chewy. However, looking at the snow-white skin of wontons sold outside arouses my appetite. I used a noodle machine to help make the dough. After two passes The dough kneaded by the noodle machine is also very white and strong. Winter vegetables and halibut powder are added to the meat filling, giving it a Chaoshan flavor. Knorr chicken powder is used to enhance the freshness. The soup base is also made of Knorr chicken soup flavor soup treasure, which saves the time of preparing the stock in advance. The wontons are freshly made and eaten!
