Spicy duck gizzards with fried pepper

Remove the stems of the red pepper and cut into cubes, and cut the hot pepper into sections.

Either duck gizzards or chicken gizzards will do, remove the fascia and cut into thin slices.

Garlic seeds, diced.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add two spoons of cooking wine, bring to a boil and add the duck gizzards to quickly drain the water, about 2 minutes. Take out and drain the water!

Heat oil in a pan, and when the oil is hot, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then add the chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the duck gizzards, add 1.5 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp oil, 0.5 tbsp pepper, 1 tbsp allspice, stir-fry quickly and evenly, then cover the pot and simmer for about 1-2 minutes, stir-fry briefly and then serve.
