Pour glutinous rice flour and water into a large bowl.

Knead into a uniform dough.

Divide the dough into three parts of 150g, 150g, and 10g. Add soy flour and cocoa powder to the 150g dough to make yellow and brown dough respectively, and reserve 10g for white dough.

Divide the yellow and brown dough into ten large pieces of 13 grams each and twenty small pieces of about 1 gram each.

Divide cheese and bean paste into ten small portions for filling.

Wrap the filling in the dough and glue on the eyes, nose and mouth. You can add a little water to help it stick together.

Put it in boiling water and cook.
