The ingredients are prepared as shown in the picture. Mushrooms, day lily, barley, and yuba all need to be soaked.

Put all the yuba into the pot, stir-fry over high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer for one and a half to two hours, adding an appropriate amount of salt in between.
