Shredded shrimps and radish - clearing up after the holidays and clearing up the fire
Overview
One of the most important festivals of the year has passed. Is there still stock in the refrigerator from before the Spring Festival or even earlier? I have already lost my appetite for big fish and meat. How can I eat it without getting angry? The shrimp I used were cooked or frozen, and the white radish was bought before the Spring Festival and was not finished. Prawns stewed with shredded radish, I have made it several times before. Tracing back to its origins, the first time I had it was at my former colleague’s in-law’s house in Qingdao. The delicious taste and simple preparation made a deep impression on me, who was not very experienced in cooking at the time.
