Clean the snails, add cooking wine, cook the ginger for two minutes and remove.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté ginger slices and millet until fragrant. Add diced snails and stir-fry evenly. Add salt, soy sauce and bean paste and stir-fry, then add appropriate amount of water and cook for 5 minutes.

Finally, turn on high heat and collect the juice before serving.
