Prepare ingredients

Beat butter until pale

Fold the powdered sugar into the butter in three batches, stir with a whisk, and beat again to avoid splashing of the powdered sugar.

Add milk powder and mix

Mix the egg liquid in three batches with an electric whisk

Add 1/2 minute baking soda to the low-gluten flour and mix

Prepare to mix the two materials

Use a spoon as a measuring spoon so that the batter is distributed evenly each time

Use the palm of your hand to measure so that the cakes you make will be about the same size each time

Brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle with chocolate chips specially made for baking

Bake the bottom shelf of the oven at 160 degrees for 10 minutes, then place it in the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Increase or decrease the time as appropriate according to the size and coloring of the cake.
