Steamed Haifu Fish
Overview
Here we call black snapper Heigaji fish, and small Heigaji fish are called Haifu. My husband’s colleague went out to sea to catch all kinds of sea fish and brought a big bag. I packed all kinds of fish and shared them with my family. This was the worst fish among all kinds of fish, so I kept it. All kinds of fish eating started.
