A yellow cabbage.

Cut into large pieces, wash and drain, and set aside.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, and stir-fry ginger, onion, and garlic until fragrant.

Add the cabbage.

Stir fry twice.

Pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water, add the chicken balls and vermicelli, and cook until the vegetables are cooked and the vermicelli is soft.

Season with appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence and white pepper.

Sprinkle with chives and millet pepper.

Stir well and turn off the heat.
