Steps
-
Get all the materials ready and let's get started.
-
The first step is to marinate the beef tenderloin, add 1g of salt, an appropriate amount of cooking wine, an appropriate amount of black peppercorns, sprinkle some cornstarch, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.
-
The second step is to cut the red and green peppers into strips of about 1cm, and cut the onions into cubes. In fact, cutting into strips is more beautiful. I discovered it after finishing it, haha.
-
The third step is to cook the noodles. Pour some cooking oil into the water, add some salt and then boil the noodles for about 8 minutes.
-
Pour the cooked pasta into cold water, then remove and add olive oil, mix well, and set aside. The reason for doing this is to make the noodles chewier. Draining oil is to prevent adhesion.
-
Pour oil into the pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry the marinated beef. You don’t need to add any seasoning at this step. Set aside.
-
Put oil in the pot, fry the bell pepper and onion until soft, then add the pasta, then add 2g of salt, appropriate amount of oil and appropriate amount of black pepper. After stir-frying evenly, pour some water starch, and finally add the beef tenderloin and stir-fry for a minute before serving.
-
Take it out of the pan and add mint leaves for decoration. I found that mint is really versatile, it can be used as a drink or as a decoration. Pair it with a cold drink of your choice and enjoy.
