Stir-fried dried lean meat
Overview
We eat a lot of big dishes during the Mid-Autumn Festival, so let’s stir-fry some small stir-fry dishes. You can eat them with porridge or rice. They are fragrant but not greasy, and are just right to scratch off the oil and water of the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Wash and cut lean meat into strips

Cut dried fragrant peppers and green, red and yellow peppers into strips. Finely mince onion and garlic.

Add hot oil to the pot, sauté the onions and garlic, then add the lean meat marinated with salt, pepper, and light soy sauce, and stir-fry.

After the lean meat changes color, add the dried fragrant and green, red and yellow peppers, stir-fry, add the bean paste, stir-fry until cooked and serve.

Take out of the pan and sprinkle with a small amount of coriander.
