Salted edamame
Overview
Colleagues opened up a piece of wasteland downstairs and bought corn, vegetables and edamame. These two days are officially the season for eating edamame. If you don't eat it, you will miss it for a year.

Wash the edamame and put it in a pot with appropriate amount of water and cinnamon leaves.

Add salt and cooking wine.

Star anise, pepper and other condiments.

Add the chilli at the end.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes for half an hour to get more flavor.
