Cut the beef into small pieces and blanch it in cold water. Wash it and put it into an electric pressure cooker. One aniseed, a small piece of cinnamon, two red peppers, a spoonful of seafood soy sauce, half a spoonful of braised soy sauce, scallions, ginger slices, a small spoonful of sugar, and an appropriate amount of salt. Put these ingredients into the pressure cooker together, and add an appropriate amount of water to touch the beef. Cover the electric pressure cooker and set it for half an hour. The tender beef will be ready. It has a melt-in-your-mouth feeling and is extremely delicious.

Prepare two pots, one pot for cooking noodles, and one pot for cooking beef soup (the soup used to stew beef in the pressure cooker before). Add an appropriate amount of boiling water to the beef soup pot. You can control the saltiness by yourself. When the noodles are almost cooked, take them out and put them in the beef soup pot and continue cooking until the noodles are cooked!
