【Suzhou】Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Mushrooms
Overview
A few days ago, I cooked a large bone stew with mushrooms. Today I changed it to a simple stir-fry. It is also a simple and delicious dish that Suzhou people like very much - stir-fried shredded pork with mushrooms. Mushrooms are very nutritious, but they must not be eaten raw as they are harmful to the human body. And pregnant women should not eat it~ I am pregnant, but I still can’t resist the delicious temptation of mushrooms. Well, after this meal, I will definitely not eat it~
