Put the big bones into a pot of cold water, add onions, ginger, cinnamon, bay leaves, and star anise, bring to a boil over high heat, and skim off the foam.

Reduce high heat to low and simmer until the soup turns milky white.

Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Cook the red soup in an oil pan to make tomato paste;

Pour the tomato paste into the bone stock pot and bring to a boil, season with a little salt.

Add vermicelli and enoki mushrooms in sequence;

As well as beef balls, tofu puffs, stuffed fish tofu, radish slices, and fat beef;

Finally add the cabbage;

Cover and simmer for three minutes.
