Overview
My husband likes spicy food, so he thought about it and made this spicy shrimp dish. He eats it up every time. It is really delicious with white rice.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the shrimps, remove their heads, pull off the shrimp threads, and use small scissors to cut a slit from the back of the shrimps. Sprinkle with pepper, fried chicken powder and marinate for 10 minutes.
-
The fried tofu and beans were leftovers from lunch, so I added them in
-
Slice green onions and onions, and wash them with dried chili peppers so they won’t burn easily when fried.
-
Carrots, mushrooms, celery, and rice cakes are all cut into pieces
-
Prepare the secret sauce: oil, homemade chili sauce, bean paste, sugar, light soy sauce, sesame oil, mix well and set aside.
-
There is oil in the pot
-
Pour in the marinated shrimp
-
The shrimp shells are crispy and fragrant when you eat them. Remove the shrimps, leaving the base oil.
-
Add the cut rice cake strips and fry
-
When the surface of the rice cake swells up, take it out
-
Add all the side dishes and stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute. Don't overcook them. Dish them out. I’ll have to cook it later. PS You can add any ingredients you like as side dishes. I always put whatever I have
-
Add an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add dried chilies and green onions and stir-fry,
-
Pour in the prepared sauce.
-
Pour the sauce over the dish and mix well.
-
The presentation is very good.
-
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds
-
Add some alcohol to the dry pot
-
Put it in the pot and eat it while it is cooking. The more you eat, the more delicious it becomes.
