  1. Wash fresh pig ears with clean water and set aside~

  5. Pig ears are made with sesame oil, light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, five-spice powder, and oyster sauce chicken powder. Add ginger slices and marinate for half an hour until the flavor is absorbed~
