In the spring, I dug some shepherd's purse in the wild and froze it in the refrigerator. When I wanted to eat it, I took it out and defrosted it, and added young leeks to make dumplings. The dumplings taste great

Add water to the flour and knead it into a dough, cover it with a kitchen cloth and let it rest for a while.

Cut the pork into cubes, add soy sauce and marinate for a while.

Pick and chop the leeks.

After defrosting, soak the shepherd's purse in water for 2 hours.

Wash the soaked shepherd's purse and chop into small pieces.

Put the shepherd's purse, leeks, and pork into a clean basin, add oil, salt, very fresh soy sauce, and chicken essence, and mix thoroughly to form a filling.

After the dough has risen, knead it evenly, roll it into long strips, and cut it into pieces.

Roll into pancakes.
