Nepeta, cucumber, millet pepper.

Smash the cucumber and cut it into two-finger segments.

Nepeta selects leaves.

Wash.

Peel the eggs, wash and cut into small pieces.

Minced garlic, chopped green onion, millet and pepper.

Mix appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, mature vinegar and sesame oil to make a sauce.

Put the nepeta, cucumber, and eggs into a bowl.

Pour over the sauce.
