Wash the beef and cut into thin slices, add black pepper, cornstarch, cooking wine and ginger slices, stir well, and marinate for about 20 minutes.

Peel tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Pour oil into the casserole, do not heat it very much, add tomatoes and stir-fry.

Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water and cook for about 3 minutes.

Add tomato paste and bring to a boil, stirring well.

Add marinated beef slices.

Add black pepper and salt, stir up the beef slices, and bring to a boil. (The casserole has a good heat preservation effect and will still boil after turning off the heat, so the beef can be cooked)

Sprinkle in appropriate amount of coriander segments.
