If you cut it vertically, it will also be very chewy~ Later I learned that this is not a specialty snack in Hangzhou, but from the Malay side. It uses coconut milk made from local specialty coconuts, adds eggs for a long time to ferment and stir, and finally steams it in a pot to become this addictive delicacy.

  1. Choose a green coconut, which will contain more water. Pour out the coconut water
