During my vacation in Shandong, I saw fresh yellow croaker from the dock. I bought it to honor my parents. It didn’t look good, but the tenderness of the fresh yellow croaker made up for everything!

Heat oil in the pot, add dry seasoning, stir-fry until fragrant, add ginger and garlic.

When the ginger and garlic are fragrant, add the cleaned yellow croaker.

Fry the fish in the pot, pour hot oil on the surface of the fish continuously, do not turn it, fresh fish will break more easily!

After the fish smells fragrant, add salt and stir-fry in hot oil.

Add the green onion until fragrant, then add water to the pot until it is level with the fish.

After the water boils, add the appropriate amount of dark soy sauce.

Reduce the juice over high heat and serve on a plate!
