Boiled beef
Overview
Note that all the dishes in this dish must be cooked layer by layer and seasoned with salt to taste! In addition, the beef needs to be cooked with a small amount of wet starch and oil! After all the dishes, including the beef, are cooked, the spicy sauce is sautéed in oil and poured on top!

For Sichuan green peppercorns, after all the ingredients are prepared, heat up the oil pan. Heat the pan thoroughly, add an appropriate amount of peanut oil, and fry the vegetables layer by layer!

For convenience, it is recommended to buy a bag of Huangcheng Laoma hot pot base and other ingredients!

First fry the celery. When the celery is cooked, put it at the bottom of the soup bowl. Then fry the mushrooms and enoki mushrooms. When they are cooked, put them on top of the celery. Then put the rapeseed, spinach and coriander! Then there are fried loofah and fried bean sprouts! The top is smooth cooked beef! Heat the oil in the pan again, heat the pan thoroughly, add an appropriate amount of peanut oil, add chilies, peppercorns, peppercorns and star anise into the hot oil and stir-fry until fragrant, add ginger slices and green onion segments and continue to stir-fry! Be careful not to overcook the heat! Then add the Huangcheng Laoma base ingredients, continue to stir-fry until fragrant, add a small amount of water and bring to a boil! Put a small amount of minced garlic on top of the beef, and then pour in the spicy hot oil! Salt needs to be added to each layer of stir-fry so that it’s salty enough!
