Stewed sea cucumber with American ginseng
Overview
Stewing is the healthiest cooking method. In winter, I like to use this small stew pot to stew some authentic nutritious soup for my family. Sea cucumber is a nutritional product with high protein, low fat and zero cholesterol. I use a little pork ribs to add the flavor of watercress and sea cucumber, and the soup is fragrant and delicious.
