[Simple yet delicious] Garlic Hairtail Fish
Overview
Come on, come on~~~Continue making hairtail~~~~ Today’s dish [Garlic Hairtail] is very simple and uses very little seasoning~~~ Looking through the hairtail recipes I have made before, there are grilled hairtail made in the oven, fried hairtail made in the air fryer, grilled hairtail made in the electric pan, and various kinds of hairtail made in the wok~~~~But for all the braised hairtail, roasted hairtail, and fried hairtail made in the wok~~~it took a lot of effort just to write down the seasoning~~ Today’s recipe [Garlic Hairtail Fish] is easy to make. Although after writing it down, I found that the seasoning is not much less than the previous Hairtail Recipe, but I really don’t feel that much seasoning was used when making it~O(∩_∩)O~~~Although there is less seasoning, the deliciousness is not compromised~~~ The medium spicy garlic taste is very enjoyable~~The dry and fragrant taste makes it unique as a drink~~~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the hairtail, cut it, then use scissors to open the belly of the hairtail and tear off the black membrane. The gills need to be torn off at the head of the fish, and the fins on both sides of the fish body also need to be cut off. Rinse the hairtail repeatedly with running water, cut 2 pieces of ginger into shreds, and cut 2 shallots into sections. Chop all the remaining ginger, onion and garlic into mince;
-
Use appropriate amount of cooking wine and salt to mix hairtail fish evenly, stir in shredded ginger and green onions and marinate for a while;
-
Pour off the juice from the marinated hairtail, add an appropriate amount of five-spice powder, mix evenly with the hairtail, and marinate for about 30 minutes;
-
Wipe the marinated hairtail, dry it, and coat it in flour; put the pot on the fire, and after it is hot, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil and heat it; add the hairtail and fry it until it is slightly brown; you don't need to add so much oil, just half-fry and half-fry; put the fried hairtail out and set aside;
-
Heat the oil in the pot, add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant;
-
Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant;
-
Add the fried hairtail;
-
Evenly wrap the hairtail fish in chopped ginger, garlic and green onion, then add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and white sugar;
-
After stir-frying evenly, turn off the heat; take out the hairtail fish.
