Steps

1. 1 Wash the spinach and blanch it in boiling water

   

2. 2 Blanch the vermicelli with boiling water

   

3. 3 Blanch the spinach and squeeze it dry for later use

   

4. 4 Add chopped vermicelli and coriander

   

5. 5 Add minced garlic and onion

   

6. 6 Add chili oil + oyster sauce + vinegar + sugar + light soy sauce + salt + sesame oil and mix well

   

7. 7 Plate homemade cold dishes and mix them up
