Overview

In celebration of the Winter Solstice Festival, I made parsley and chicken dumplings. The fillings are tender and juicy. They are not as delicious as dumplings. They are very delicious. Have you eaten dumplings?

  1. Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture, the black fungus needs to be soaked in advance.

  2. Chop the black fungus, parsley and chicken breast into mince.

  3. Put all the ingredients into a large bowl, add all the seasonings, mix evenly, and the filling is ready.
