Parsley Chicken Dumplings
Overview
In celebration of the Winter Solstice Festival, I made parsley and chicken dumplings. The fillings are tender and juicy. They are not as delicious as dumplings. They are very delicious. Have you eaten dumplings?

Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture, the black fungus needs to be soaked in advance.

Chop the black fungus, parsley and chicken breast into mince.

Put all the ingredients into a large bowl, add all the seasonings, mix evenly, and the filling is ready.

Take a piece of dumpling wrapper, put an appropriate amount of filling on it, and wrap it in your favorite way.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil, add the dumplings and cook.

Put some parsley, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a large bowl.
