Tomato Minced Soybean Soup

This dish is sweet and sour and appetizing. It is great to mix with rice. I will order this appetizing dish every time I go to the hotel for dinner, especially suitable for children.

Prepare required materials.

Score the tomatoes with a cross with a knife.

Let it scald slightly in boiling water.

Then pick it up and remove the skin.

Then cut into cubes and set aside.

Wash and chop the lean meat into foam.

Add salt, cornstarch, cooking oil, and soy sauce and mix well.

Pour a little cooking oil into the pot and heat it up, add ginger foam and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add in diced tomatoes and sauté until soft.
