Chopped peppers suitable for northerners
Overview
I like chopped peppers and fish heads with chopped peppers. At first I bought chopped peppers from the supermarket and made them myself. It was too spicy. For a northerner like me who likes mild spicy food, I really couldn’t accept it. The peppers in the northern vegetable market are relatively mildly spicy. If you like this mild spiciness, the chopped peppers you make are also very mild.

Wash the bottle beforehand and dry it, remember not to have any water in it. Put the chopped pepper into the bottle and seal it tightly. Put a plastic bag on top for better sealing. Store in a cool place for 3-5 days, then refrigerate. The shelf life is unknown, but it will still be good when it comes to making chopped peppers in the second year.
