Divide the butter into 2 parts, 2/3 of each part, and sift in 70 grams of cake flour. For 1/3 portion, sift in 30 grams of cake flour and 5 grams of cocoa powder, mix well with a rubber spatula. Knead the dough with your hands, wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Divide the chilled dough into several small doughs.

Cover the surface with plastic wrap and roll it out to 0.5 cm thick.

Tear off the plastic wrap and cut out cookie dough using a mold. If the cookie dough is too soft to transfer to the baking sheet, place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
