Overview
There are generally two kinds of spicy soup in Xi'an, one is the spicy meatball soup in Huimin Street, and the other is the spicy spicy soup in Henan. The spicy meatball soup is a halal snack of the Hui people in Xi'an. It is also one of the most popular breakfasts among Xi’an people. Today I will focus on Spicy Meatball Soup.

Prepare materials.

Add salt, pepper, Sichuan pepper powder, five-spice powder, onion and ginger water to the beef filling.

Stir evenly and marinate for 20 minutes.

Beat vigorously and add starch little by little.

Add starch in batches until ready to form. Place the beef filling on a cutting board and press into a patty.

Cut into long strips.

Then cut into small cubes and roll into small balls.

Prepare a bowl of beef bone soup.

Put the beef bone soup in the pot, add the cooked meatballs and cook for 5 minutes.

Break the cauliflower into small florets.

Cut potatoes and carrots into small pieces.

White lotus cut into pieces.

Slice zucchini.

Take a large pot, pour beef broth and meatballs together, add potatoes and carrots and cook for 3 minutes.

Add cauliflower and zucchini and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and Sichuan peppercorns.
