First, prepare the ingredients. I have cut off the pork belly and large green peppers, removed the seeds inside, and made a stuffing box. The box can be scored with a knife to facilitate the filling. [When I bought the green peppers, I asked my aunt for two fried tofu.] Next, wet fungus, do not make it with water, appropriate amount of mushrooms, garlic, and ginger, and chopped green onions for later use
-
Cut the pork belly into small pieces and mince them. Sprinkle a little salt while mincing. Then cut the wet fungus into small vertical strips and then cut it into dices horizontally. Crush the ginger and mince the garlic. Then put the fungus and the minced mince into the middle of the minced meat. Cover the meat on both sides and continue to chop. During this period, you can sprinkle some chopped green onion and chop together. The stuffing is ready when it's almost combined. Then we can brew the box
-
After the box is brewed, put it on a plate and heat the pan
-
After heating the pot, add some oil and start frying the stuffed boxes. Use chopsticks to lower them one by one. Fry both sides until golden brown. The color of the green peppers will also change. Use your chopsticks to flip them properly to avoid overcooking them
-
When it looks golden, you can pour the soy sauce down. Give it a few boils in the soy sauce and add half a bowl of water. Then cover the lid and simmer on the battery stove at 2-3 settings for two minutes. Turn the pot over with chopsticks. Then cover the lid and continue to simmer until the green pepper skin changes color
-
After the color changes, when the water is almost the same, increase the heat to collect the juice, and you can put it on the plate
-
After putting it on the plate, drop some of the remaining stuffing into the pot, add chopped green onion, stir twice and pour it on the stuffed box.
-
The brewing in the box is completed. If you don’t like it, try some sourness. It goes well with rice and is very fragrant.
