Homemade Pork Floss
Overview
I used to like eating meat floss, but because of current food safety issues, I dare not buy it and eat it. The new flagship PE9800 bread maker from Petrus that I tried this time has a meat floss function. Making homemade meat floss is not only clean and hygienic, but also ensures that only real ingredients are used. After trying it out, I found that the meat floss made in a bread machine was ground into powder, which was different from the ones bought outside. I searched on Baidu and got some common sense about meat floss. I wrote it here to share with everyone. Meat floss is very popular because of its rich nutrition and delicious taste. According to different processing methods, meat floss can be divided into three types, namely Taicang-style meat floss, fried meat floss and meat powder floss. The three kinds of meat floss are different. Taicang-style meat floss has fluffy fibers and looks like flocculent; oil-flavored meat floss is characterized by short and crisp fibers, which are easy to eat and taste good; meat powder floss is loose, granular or fibrous in shape. So should what I made be classified as meat powder floss? Regardless of the type, if it is ground into powder, it should be more suitable for the elderly and children.
