Sha Jiang Dumplings
Overview
Sand ginger is also known as kaempferol. Its taste and properties are similar to those of ginger. Its function is to induce the aroma of food and increase the umami taste. Sand ginger also has insect repellent properties. I ate sand ginger dumplings in a local hotel. Compared with other types of dumplings, I think its flavor is more prominent, and the preparation is also very simple!
