Overview

When I was a child, my mother would often use bamboo shoots and fungus to make fillings. Of course, they are all rice snacks, and it is also quite delicious to use them as wontons. These are big wontons, and some people call them dumplings. The difference between it and small wontons is that one is pure meat and the other is with vegetarian vegetables. Ingredients: 50g dried bamboo shoots, 20g fungus, 300g minced meat, 550g large wonton wrappers.   7. Bend it and pinch the two corners together. You can put some water on it and it will stick easily.
