Soak the rice in water for 1 hour in advance.

Prepare ingredients: preserved eggs, ginger, green onions, and refined meat.

Shred the meat, dice the preserved eggs, chop the green onions, and shred the ginger.

Soak the shredded meat in water and rinse repeatedly to remove the blood inside.

Drain the water, add a little salt, and mix the cooking wine evenly.

Add a spoonful of cornstarch and mix well.

Take a spoonful of cooking oil, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.

Boil the soaked rice, turn down the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.

Add the shredded pork, stir until the shredded meat changes color completely, and skim off any excess foam in the pot.
