Onion flying pancake box
Overview
I said that I had to eat dumplings at the beginning of winter today. I came home late after working overtime. I didn’t buy any dumpling wrappers, nor any leeks. My mom and dad had some onion seedlings to plant in their yard. My dad brought some. I suddenly thought of using flying pancakes to make the skin. I didn’t expect it to be really delicious, crispy on the outside and fresh on the inside. I ate two pancakes in one go. I didn’t eat enough, so I made another one, and ended up leaning against the wall 😂😂😂

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and chop onion leaves, soak and chop vermicelli until soft, break up eggs and let cool, add shrimp skin, shrimp meat, and mix all seasonings (I won’t break it down step by step here, just normal dumpling fillings will do).
-
Take out the flying cake, let it cool slightly, and cut it in half into four parts.
-
Put the filling in one portion of the pie, cover it with the other portion, and press it tightly with a fork.
-
Heat the electric pan, fry both sides until golden brown, close the lid and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
-
When it comes out of the pan, the flying cake is crispy.
-
Is there any super expected?
-
The outside is crispy, the filling is delicious, and it’s full of flavor (*^▽^)/★*☆.
